  Charleston Main Streets – East End is continuing StreetWorks 2017 as part of FestivALL. This year, we're is asking up to 40 local artists to create a piece of art that will be his or her interpretation of the theme “Nevertheless, She Persisted; Celebrating Achievements of Women.” During the event, all original pieces will be auctioned off by our favorite auctioneer Viki Williams, a.k.a.
